Full job description
We are seeking a dynamic and results-driven Business Development Executive specializing in Social Media and Website Development to join our growing team. The ideal candidate will play a key role in expanding our client base, fostering strategic partnerships, and driving revenue growth in the digital marketing and web development sectors.
Responsibilities:
Client Acquisition:
- Identify and pursue new business opportunities within the social media and website development domains.
- Conduct market research to identify potential clients and industry trends.
- Develop and maintain a strong pipeline of leads through proactive outreach and networking.
Sales and Revenue Generation:
- Create compelling proposals and presentations tailored to client needs.
- Meet and exceed sales targets by effectively selling social media marketing and website development services.
- Negotiate contracts, pricing, and terms to ensure mutually beneficial agreements.
Relationship Management:
- Cultivate and maintain strong relationships with existing clients, ensuring high levels of client satisfaction.
- Collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver integrated solutions that meet client objectives.
- Act as a trusted advisor to clients, offering insights and recommendations to enhance their digital presence.
Market Analysis:
- Stay informed about industry trends, competitor activities, and emerging technologies.
- Analyze market conditions and customer feedback to provide strategic input for service enhancements.
Strategic Partnerships:
- Identify and establish strategic partnerships with key industry players to enhance service offerings.
- Collaborate with partners to leverage synergies and expand market reach.
Reporting and Analysis:
- Prepare regular reports on sales performance, market trends, and client feedback.
- Utilize data-driven insights to refine sales strategies and improve conversion rates.
Technology Proficiency:
- Familiarity with social media management tools, web development platforms, and digital marketing analytics.
Qualifications
- Female candidates preferred
- Minimum 1 - 2 years of IT Sales experience in the UAE
- Bachelor's degree in Marketing or similar discipline.
- Sales hunting experience with the mentality of ‘customer-first’ approach
- Fluency in English & Hindi. Arabic is a plus.
- A valid UAE Driving License is required
Required Attributes
- Strong understanding of social media platforms, web development technologies, and digital marketing trends.
- Calm under pressure, ability to multi-task
- Experience in full sales cycle including deal closing
- Excellent negotiating and influencing skills
- Outstanding at relationship building
- Strong communication and presentation skills
- Stay updated on industry trends, market conditions, and competitor activities
- Represent the company at industry events, trade shows, and networking opportunities
