Zapegg Tax Consultant is seeking a meticulous and organized Document Controller to join our team in Dubai. In this role, you will be responsible for managing company documentation, ensuring accuracy, and maintaining confidentiality. If you have a passion for document management and an eye for detail, this position offers an exciting opportunity to grow within a professional environment.
Responsibilities:
- Copy, scan, and store documents efficiently.
- Verify accuracy and make necessary edits to files, such as contracts.
- Review and update technical documents, including manuals and workflows.
- Distribute project-related documents to internal teams as required.
- Organize and maintain both physical and digital document records.
- Create document templates for future use and streamline processes.
- Retrieve files upon request from employees or clients.
- Manage the flow of documentation within the organization, ensuring smooth operations.
- Safeguard confidentiality around sensitive agreements and information.
- Prepare ad-hoc reports related to ongoing projects as needed.
Requirements:
- Proven work experience as a Document Controller or in a similar role.
- Familiarity with project management processes.
- Basic knowledge of labor and corporate law.
- Hands-on experience with MS Office and MS Excel.
- Knowledge of Electronic Document Management Systems (EDMS).
- Strong typing and editing skills.
- Exceptional data organization and attention to detail.
- BSc degree in Project Management or a relevant field is preferred.
