HR Officer is responsible for the daily administrative and HR duties of an organization. HR Officer assists with recruitment and record maintenance for payroll processing as well as providing technical assistance to other departments.
Responsibilities:
1. Develop and maintain an efficient HR strategy that aligns with the organization’s strategic objectives.
2. Effectively manage recruitment functions.
3. Manage payroll functions including processing payroll, reviewing and approving timesheets, processing pay adjustments, and collecting delinquent payments.
4. Develop job descriptions, administer employee programs, and manage employee benefits in accordance with all applicable local, state, and federal laws.
5.
Develop performance reviews, provide feedback, and motivate employees to reach their potential.
6. Maintain confidentiality of personnel records.
7. Create and update UMC policies and procedures.
8. Develop and implement training programs for all employees.
9. Provide technical assistance to other departments.
10. Assist with day-to-day operations of HR functions and duties.
11. Provide administrative support to the Human Resource Manager.
12. Compile and update employee records (hard and soft copies).

- Bachelor's (Required)
Experience:
- DOH License: 2 years (Required)
- Hospital/Medical Center: 2 years (Required)
- UAE Healthcare: 2 years (Required)
