To support the Engineering and Maintenance team by the management and development of engineering IT systems like AMOS, Airvault, RFID Aero check, Aero track, ATS, MDM - Airwatch & AMOS interface with our resource management system.
KEY RESPONSIBILITIES
1. Administers the AMOS system including:
1. User management
2. AMOS configuration
3. Interface setup
4. Counter management
5. Workorder setup
6. Form configuration
- Administers engineering systems like Airvault, RFID Aero check, Aero track, and Aircraft transfer system including:
1. User management
2. Workflow definition and maintenance
3. Management of vendor service requests
4. Change requests from the business
- Adds day-to-day end user requirements and ensures timely fixing of bugs identified by users for AMOS and other Engineering systems.
- Ensures the availability and reliability of engineering systems by monitoring performance, identifying and resolving issues promptly.
- Manages engineering iPads and applications using Air watch Mobile Device Management system and testing of the iPad applications during the new release.
- Supports Engineering System upgrades, testing, and activities.
- Develops reports as per requirements in AMOS report designer tool.
- Develops and manages the interface between flydubai IT support, IT projects, and engineering and maintenance.
- Supports other digital projects and activities as required.
- Provides technical support to end-users, including engineers and maintenance personnel, to ensure smooth operation and utilization of engineering systems.
MINIMUM QUALIFICATIONS / EXPERIENCE / KNOWLEDGE / SKILLS
1. Minimum Education: Bachelor's Degree in computer science, information technology, engineering,
or a related field.
2. Experience Specific Requirements Preferred:
- No. of Years (with Relevant Degree) - 5
- No. of Years (without Relevant Degree) - 8
- Systems, Licensing, Language or Certification Requirements:
- Detailed AMOS knowledge
- General understanding of Engineering and Maintenance related processes.
- Experience in engineering systems like document management, RFID solution, etc. would be an advantage.

ISR Requirements
Reads and complies with the ISR policies of the Company and diligently reports any weaknesses or incidents to the respective Line Manager or the Information Security team. Completes all required ISR awareness sessions and follows associated guidelines in the day-to-day business operations.
