Manages all food production in the kitchen/area of responsibility as assigned by Chef De Cuisine.
- Maximizes guest satisfaction through delivering the highest food quality according to the cost control and profitability margins of the hotel kitchen
- Ensures compliance to food safety quality preparation, recipes, and presentation.
- Ensures proper staffing and sufficient supplies for every area and conveys immediately to the chef de cuisine when necessary.
- Co-ordinates tasks, instances, and communicates priorities to ensure correct preparation, and delivery time to provide food for functions, a la carte, groups, breakfast, and rooms service.
- Maintains product consistency by inspecting spices, portions,
and food presentation with the Chef De cuisine.
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,200.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- Hotel: 1 year (preferred)
- same position: 1 year (preferred)
