RESPONSIBILITIES
- Responsible for leading sales team to reach sales target.
- Are primarily tasked to setting quotas evaluating, adjusting performance and developing processes that drive sales.
- Must be experienced in Events and Exhibition Industry.
- Remain abreast of developments within the exhibition industry, especially sales innovations.
- Research and visit competitive exhibitions to source new ideas and market practices.
- Expand and develop exhibition database.
- Contact government trade bodies for existing and possible new markets to get exhibitors
- Produce new sales initiatives for maximum client retained and acquired
- Develop new sales innovations and programs to maintain competitive edge
- Implement key account strategy and program

QUALIFICATION
- A minimum of 2-4 years sales experience in the exhibition and events industry.
- Strong sales, interpersonal and negotiating skills required

- Excellent leadership skills
- Results-oriented with strong analytical skills

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month

- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Sales: 2 years (preferred)
- Customer Service: 2 years (preferred)

- UAE Drivers license (preferred)
