The Role
- Develop, write, and maintain detailed documentation for various business processes including, but not limited to, finance, operations, and marketing. - Create, review, and update Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs) to ensure consistency and adherence to company and regulatory standards. - Assist operational and internal audit teams during audits by providing necessary documentation and evidence of SOP compliance. - Create and update process maps to accurately reflect current business procedures. - Track the status of documentation deliverables and coordinate with relevant departments to ensure timely completion and adherence to quality standards.
- Provide support in digitizing existing and new process documentation as part of the company's digitization efforts. - Develop and maintain operating manuals, ensuring they are up-to-date and comply with company standards. - Collaborate with stakeholders from various departments to gather necessary information and understand the processes in-depth. - Represent our company in client meetings, effectively communicating to build and strengthen client relationships
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Technical Writing, Business, or a related field. - Proven experience as a Technical Writer, preferably with a focus on business process documentation and Standard Operating Procedures (SOPs). - In-depth understanding of various business processes across departments. - Exceptional written and verbal communication skills. - Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite and familiar with document management systems
