The InterContinental Hotels Group® properties in Dubai Festival City consist of four hotels. These include the luxury brand InterContinental, the lavish long-stay InterContinental Residence Suites, the superior upscale Crowne Plaza, and the vibrant mid-scale Holiday Inn & Suites. In addition to over 1600 rooms, the four properties boast a selection of 16 restaurants and bars, an impressive 3,800-square-metre Event Centre across two levels, the 5,000-square-metre Festival Arena by InterContinental, the luxurious Spa InterContinental, and state-of-the-art gymnasium and swimming pool facilities.

**A little taste of your day-to-day**:

- Understand pricing strategy, monitor, and adjust rates for the future.
- Understand properly forecasting and able to prepare for the upcoming 12 months. Have the ability to conduct daily forecast by Market segment for a period between 30 and 90 days.
- Provide critical analysis of strategies, of the seasons, statistics, and demand factors.
- Conduct competitive and demand analysis.
- Monitor competitors’ pricing and market trends in order to be within and ahead of the market changes.
- Maintain distribution channel data integrity, and work closely with the connectivity team.
- Collaborate with Sales,





Marketing and Revenue teams to be able to develop and implement promotions and packages that work in line with our strategy.
- Independently implement appropriate inventory distribution strategy; maintain accurate rates and inventory allotments in a timely manner to promote rate parity throughout all booking channels.
- Develops near and long term top-line revenue forecasts upon request from the Revenue Director.
- Ensure Commission codes are correctly set up and commissions sent and followed up on a weekly basis as a minimum Optimize opportunities and Reduce Risk.
- Analyses independently and determines whether we are effectively marketing ourselves across OTA's.
- Ensure that all statistical reports and any other related reports are accurate and consistent.
- Check the reservations made the previous day.






- Look over the arrivals in comparison with the availability.
- Check Deposit not received for arrival next week.
- Control no show and late cancellation charges.
- Maintain all reservation standards.
- Utilize technology and revenue management software to gather and analyze data and make recommendations to optimize revenue.
