**Russian Speaking Receptionist is required.**Responsibilities**:_
- Work with direct subordination to the manager, assistance in compiling weekly, monthly, quarterly and annual reports
- Make a list of necessary equipment, office supplies, order of all necessary goods for the function of the office, control the budget and finding suitable suppliers
- Ensure that documents are created, reviewed, distributed, and disposed of in an organized and verifiable manner
- Provide necessary information to employees, visitors and customers personally and on the phone
- Maintain security and telecommunications system.
- Maintain security by monitoring logbook and issuing visitor passes.






- Keep a safe and clean office area by complying with procedures, rules, and regulations.
- Support other team members if needed.
