**Objective**:






To oversee the quality organization and related activities in the MENA region

To establish a concrete and balanced Voice of Quality within the MENA region leadership team as well as to provide quality guidance to maintain compliance and business sustainment.

**Roles and Responsibilities**:
Act as a Quality representative for the MENA region by collaborating closely with other key business partners by providing quality guidance during business management review, projects, business challenges, business strategy, etc.

Oversee the Quality Assurance Agreement Program with Distributors, 3P to ensure continuous adherence. Conduct frequent review and follow-up as required.

Oversee the development and maintenance of the MENA region QMS to ensure compliance with Global standards and local regulations.

Work closely with other stakeholders to support the distributor management program including, qualification, performance review, etc.







Responsible for maintaining quality review report at specified frequency and conduct the review process with other business partners.

Responsible for the development of the annual distributor/3PL GDP/GSP audit plan using risk base approach. Conduct audit as see fit.

Oversee the quality self-inspection and QRM programs to verify the effectiveness and compliance of the QMS.

Collaborate with local business partners & regional quality leaders to conduct impact assessment for new regulatory requirements on commercial affiliates and 3PL businesses.

Review &Maintain; MENA region established QPI for the commercial affiliated &3PL.







Utilize QPI and other process improvement tools to identify quality compliance risks & opportunities for improvement to ensure business sustainment while continue drive excellence.

Responsible to ensure QMS audit readiness for the MENA commercial affiliates and 3PL quality management system

Responsible for establishing and maintaining the annual Quality Business Plan by collaborating closely with other key business stakeholders.

Report in accordance to global procedure and engage in the investigation process of suspected counterfeit/unauthorized distribution cases in the MENA region with full documentation in accordance to establish MENA procedure.

Engage in regional EMEA meetings for standardizing Quality guidelines

Engage in additional quality projects as seen fit by the EMEA quality director.

Responsible to develop and maintenance the MENA region quality budget.
