_Due to continued expansion and growth, Dubai British School Jumeirah Park are recruiting for two Assistant Heads of Primary to join their thriving school, set in the heart of the Jumeirah Park community, in Dubai._
- **Assistant Head of Primary: Inclusion and Wellbeing (I&W;)**

A key part of the role will be maintaining and driving the work carried out so far around Wellbeing to ensure the wellbeing of staff, students and parents continues to be a priority of the school.
- **Assistant Head of Primary: Teaching & Learning (T&L;)**

**Requirements**:

- A high-quality degree and Qualified Teacher Status
- A proven track record of outstanding teaching (T&L;)
- A proven track record of facilitating effective SEND provision (I&W;)






- A drive and enthusiasm to inspire, nurture and empower teachers in pursuit of excellence
- A self-aware, reflective, collaborative and proactive practitioner.
- High expectations that motivate, support and challenge teachers and students alike.
- An unrelenting focus to maximise student attainment, progress and achievement.
- Evidence of implementation of whole school initiatives that have had a significant positive impact on attainment or progress. (T&L;)
- Excellent communication skills and organizational skills.
- A willingness to actively participate in whole school events, activities and projects.
- The ability to adapt quickly to a fast-paced international, multicultural and demanding environment
- Open and approachable; able to navigate difficult conversations with compassion and care (I&W;)
