We are looking for an experienced call center agent to join immediately with at least two
company and CRM. Fluent in English and Arabic.
- Convincing the customer during the call to buy the product
- Demonstrate a sense of confidence in the product, and appropriately respond to customer's

questions
- Establishing a close relationship with customers to be permanent customers of the company
- Confirming customers' requests on the system and suggesting the company's products and

offers
- Achieving the sales targets set by the company
- Complete all requests without any exceptions
- Report that a problem or an error to the direct administrator

Qualifications:

- Selling skills, persuasion and good speech






- Effective listening skill
- Time management, good organization and punctuality
- Learn how to manage stress and control yourself well
- Comprehensive knowledge of the products offered by the company
- Excellent mastery of computer tools
- Ability to communicate in English is mandatory.
- Minimum of 1 year exposure to Guest Contact environment or call center background.
- Excellent computer skills

**Salary**: Between 2,500.00 AED to 3,000.00 AED per month

**Salary**: AED2,500.00 - AED3,000.00 per month
