A children education center is recruiting for a female accountant/admin assistant
Must have UAE experience / Local hire only / opportunities to work from home
ACCOUNTANT RESPONSIBILITIES
- Must have UAE Experience
- Create and send invoices using accounting software
- Track payments and issue receipts
- Book keeping, expense tracking, monthly reporting
- Payroll processing via WPS
- Carry out analysis of cash flow requirements and availability of funds as directed by the Owners.
- Ensure all records are kept up to date
- Make computation of VAT FTA and submit to FTA.
- Issue and record petty cash / record intercompany invoices.
- Bank Reconciliation / Suppliers reconciliation on monthly basis
- Record Month end entries of Depreciations / Prepayments / Accrual Provisions.
- Report to Manager / Top Management PRO
ADMIN RESPONSIBILITIES
- Preparing, organising and storing information in paper and digital form
- Managing diaries, scheduling meetings and booking rooms
- Taking minutes at meetings
- Typing up letters and reports
- Updating computer records using a database
- Printing and photocopying
- Liaising with staff in other departments, e.g. finance, HR
**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
