Our company is looking for an office assistant responsible for handling clerical and admin tasks.
Key activities may include:
- Greeting clients and visitors
- Managing files and paper work
- Respond to inquiries and phone calls
- Manage accounting entries on a daily basis
- Manage suppliers' invoices, sales transactions and monthly inventory control
- Manage payments (in and out)
- Accounts' reconciliation
**Salary**: AED2,000.00 - AED2,500.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Al Quoz:
Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- administrative assistant: 1 year (preferred)
- Accounting: 1 year (preferred)
**Language**:
- English (required)
