- Verify pricing and availability of genuine, non-genuine, and second-hand car parts from various suppliers.
- Ensure accurate stock levels and lead times to meet company requirements.
- **Negotiation and Bill Verification**:

- Negotiate prices with suppliers to secure competitive rates for car parts.
- Verify invoices and bills for accuracy, ensuring compliance with negotiated terms and conditions.
- **Purchase Bills and Payment Follow-Up**:

- Process purchase orders and ensure timely payment to suppliers.
- Follow up on outstanding payments and resolve any billing discrepancies promptly.
- **Warranty and Guarantee Confirmation**:







- Confirm warranty and guarantee periods for purchased car parts with suppliers.
- Ensure that warranty terms are clearly understood and communicated to relevant stakeholders.
- **Payment Settlements**:

- Coordinate with the finance department to settle purchase bills in a timely manner.
- Maintain accurate records of payments and transactions for auditing purposes.
- **Non-Availability Parts Confirmation**:

- Communicate with suppliers to confirm the availability of specific car parts.
- Explore alternative sources or solutions in cases where parts are not readily available.

**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month
