Our Client, a Diversified Group is looking to hire an MEP Supervisor for their team in Dubai.

**Position**: MEP Supervisor - Facilities Management
**Location**: Dubai

**Key Responsibilities**:
**Leadership**: Lead and supervise a team of MEP technicians to deliver top-notch facilities services.

**Maintenance Planning**: Develop and implement comprehensive maintenance plans for MEP systems to optimize performance and minimize downtime.

**Troubleshooting**: Diagnose and resolve MEP system issues promptly, ensuring mínimal impact on facility operations.

**Compliance**: Ensure adherence to relevant safety and regulatory standards in all MEP activities.

**Budget Management**:





Collaborate with the facilities management team to develop and manage budgets for MEP operations.

**Training and Development**: Foster a culture of continuous learning and development among the MEP team members.

**Qualifications**:

- Diploma/Degree in Mechanical or Electrical Engineering
- Proven experience in MEP systems maintenance and facilities management.
- Strong leadership and interpersonal skills.
- In-depth knowledge of building codes, regulations, and safety standards.
- Ability to manage budgets and resources efficiently.
- Excellent problem-solving and decision-making abilities.

**Job Type**: Permanent

**Salary**: AED5,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
