As we continue to expand our presence in the market, we are seeking a talented and experienced Head of IT Sales to lead our sales team to new heights

**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Sales Strategy and Planning**:

- Develop and implement comprehensive sales strategies that align with the organization's goals and market trends.
- Identify new market opportunities and potential customer segments to expand the customer base.
- Set ambitious sales targets and create action plans to achieve them.






- Monitor and analyze sales performance metrics to track progress and adjust strategies as needed.

2. **Team Leadership and Management**:

- Lead, mentor, and motivate the IT sales team, fostering a culture of collaboration, accountability, and continuous improvement.
- Recruit, train, and onboard new sales team members, ensuring they have the tools and knowledge to succeed.
- Conduct regular performance evaluations, provide constructive feedback, and implement coaching and training programs to enhance team performance.

3. **Client Relationship Management**:

- Build and maintain strong relationships with key clients and prospects to understand their needs and preferences.
- Act as a point of escalation for client concerns and resolve issues to ensure high levels of customer satisfaction.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop personalized solutions that address client challenges and deliver value.

4. **Sales Process Oversight**:

- Manage the end-to-end sales process,





from lead generation to deal closure, ensuring consistency and efficiency.
- Review and approve sales proposals, contracts, and agreements to ensure they align with company policies and objectives.
- Implement and optimize sales tools and technologies to enhance the sales process and streamline workflow.

5. **Market Insights and Competitive Analysis**:

- Stay updated on industry trends, market dynamics, and competitors' activities to identify potential opportunities or threats.
- Provide insights and recommendations to adapt sales strategies and offerings based on market changes.

6. **Collaboration and Communication**:

- Work closely with cross-functional teams, including marketing, product development, and customer support,





to align strategies and initiatives.
- Collaborate with marketing to develop effective promotional materials, campaigns, and events that support sales efforts.

7. **Reporting and Analysis**:

- Prepare regular sales reports and forecasts for senior management, providing insights into performance, trends, and opportunities.
- Utilize data-driven insights to make informed decisions and optimize sales strategies.

**Qualifications and Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in Business Administration, Marketing, or related field (Master's degree preferred).
- Proven track record of successful IT sales leadership, with a minimum of [X] years of experience in a similar role.
- In-depth understanding of IT products, solutions, and services,





with the ability to translate technical concepts into business value.
- Strong leadership, communication, and interpersonal skills.
- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities.
- Experience in recruiting, coaching, and developing sales teams.
- Proficiency in CRM software and sales analytics tools.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced, dynamic environment and adapt to changing market conditions.

Commission and Incentives

**Salary**: AED8,000.00 - AED12,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (preferred)

**Experience**:

- IT Sales: 10 years (required)
- Head of IT Sales:





3 years (required)
- IT Sales in UAE: 5 years (required)

**Language**:

- Fluent English (preferred)

License/Certification:

- UAE Driving License (preferred)
