**Responsibilities**:

- Provides project management/coordination for assigned programs/courses/ projects/events and is Accountable for achieving results.
- Execute project tasks & deliverables and maintain reports
- Thoroughly understand policies, procedures, and guidelines.
- Assists in developing appropriate value-added services/support to meet client and student needs
- Search and analyze data and create reports
- Translates data into clear and concise communications and reports
- Manages and Maintains large quantities of documentation and data for multiple projects/courses across the program
- Provide support and guidance to academic trainees.
- Collaborate with teachers and center managers






- Assist in creating and managing schedules and optimize teachers and resource utilization
- Develop and manage comprehensive academic support program.
- Assist students in course selection, study habits, and career selection.

Provide guidance to students on academic goals and educational issues.
- Prepare and maintain student records including all academic reports
- Work with parents, teachers, and counselors to address students’ academic, and other problems.
- Assist in updating lesson content and instruction methodology.
- Assist in the development of training modules and programs.
- Coordinate with teachers and center managers to develop lesson plans and materials

Project and Program Coordination:

- Provides full-spectrum support to all internal and external parties with Project Plan to collect outstanding objectives and ensure all deadlines are met
- Defines a detailed implementation plan for all academic programs






- Understand client requirements and identify areas of improvement to maximize efficiencies through best practices.
- Provides frequent feedback regarding program gaps or potential new courses
- Diagnoses, researches, and resolves client and student concerns and requests
- Coordinates with the client(s) to collect setup documentation of all programs and courses
- Proactively anticipates clients' needs and assesses risk
- Holds internal partners accountable to project objectives and timelines
- Easily adapts to internal process changes and stays up to date
- Consistently meets internal deadlines for reports, training, etc.
**Communication**:

- Communicates effectively with clients and colleagues to establish cordial/effective working relationships






- Tactfully communicates critical feedback to clients, colleagues, and managers
- Keeps management and concerned manager informed of area activities and of any significant client problems
- Attends and leads meetings as required (on-site and/or web meeting)
- Communicates agendas and recaps for all meetings and training

**Qualifications**:

- A Bachelor’s degree and demonstrated academic achievement (required)
- 2+ years professional experience in an academic coordination role with demonstrated progressive responsibility (required)
- Interpersonal Skills - The ability to establish oneself as a peer and trusted partner for all stakeholders.
- Excellent communication skills in English - written and spoken (required)
- Expertise in MS Presentations, MS Word, MS Excel (required)






- Analytical Skills - Understanding of advanced Excel (required)
- Knowledge of SQL and Database (preferred)
