**ESSENTIAL JOB ROLE & RESPONSIBILITY**:
1. Influencer Identification, outreach and engagement: Develop and execute outreach strategies to establish connections with influencers who align with our brand and target audience. Create and maintain relationships through effective communication and collaboration.
2. Campaign Management & Content strategy: Plan, execute, and monitor influencer marketing campaigns that align with our brand's objectives. Coordinate product collaborations and content creation with influencers, ensure content resonates with our brand messaging and adheres to brand guidelines
3 Performance Tracking: Monitor and measure the effectiveness of influencer campaigns using relevant metrics. Provide regular reports on campaign performance and ROI.
4. Compliance and Contracts: Ensure influencers comply with disclosure and regulatory guidelines. Manage contracts, negotiations, and compensation agreements.
5.Passionate about staying up to date with current and emerging social media trends on various platforms to enhance the company's online presence. Provide recommendations for optimizing influencer strategies.
6. Utilize analytics tools to track and measure the performance of social media campaigns and content. Provide regular reports on key performance indicators (KPIs) and insights, making data-driven recommendations for improvement.
7. Build and nurture the company's online community, including influencers, advocates, and followers. Foster positive relationships with followers, responding to comments, and initiating conversations to maintain a strong online presence.
8. Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure alignment of social media initiatives with overall marketing and business strategies.
9. Create and manage paid social media advertising campaigns to boost brand visibility and engagement.

**JOB SKILLS & QUALIFICATIONS**:
- Bachelor's Degree in Marketing, Communication, Business Administration or any relevant field. MBA is a plus.
- Proven experience in social media marketing or as an Influencer Outreach Executive.
- Excellent consulting, writing, presentation and communication skills.
- Excellent communication and collaboration abilities to effectively engage with internal teams, clients and influencer.
**Salary**: Up to AED9,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Social Media & Influencer Outreach: 5 years (preferred)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driver's License (preferred)
