As an Operations Manager, You will be manage and monitor Team performance, Liaising between Client Managers and other team members to ensure procedures run smoothly and all the tasks are completed in a timely and satisfactorily manner.

**Job Description**:

- Checking the reservations on a daily basis and handling the operational matters, in person check-in and check out. Taking care about special Guests requests if any; guide the guest showing the facilities & amenities of the apartment.
- Making sure that apartment cleaning is arranged after every guest stay.
- Payments collections from clients and deposit into company account, coordinating with Finance team on expenses.






- Payment to DTCM for tourism tax.
- Maintenance and housekeeping supervision (during stay and during vacant period).
- Addressing client concerns.
- Book keeping of rents, expenses and reporting as required by management.
- Purchasing supplies and petty cash management.
- Dealing with agents for rentals on referral basis.
- Putting ads on portals and WhatsApp groups for the rental pool participation.
- Making move in contracts for short term and renewing them or vacating clients as required. DTCM portal check-in and check out.

Qualifications and Skills Required:

- Minimum Bachelor Degree required.
- Minimum One year experience in the required field.
- Fluency in written and spoken English.

Pay: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

- Hospitality: 1 year (preferred)
