We are seeking an enthusiastic and results-driven female Tele-sales Representative who can play a significant role in driving sales for our company. Your primary responsibility will involve closing sales through phone interactions while also ensuring strong and lasting customer relationships.
**Responsibilities**:
- Conduct outbound calls to prospective customers with the goal of generating sales leads and converting them into customers.
- Handle incoming inquiries from potential customers, providing information about services, and resolving any queries they might have.
- Build and maintain a strong customer database by accurately recording all customer details and interactions in the CRM system.
- Meet or exceed sales targets by proactively identifying and pursuing sales opportunities.
- Collaborate with the sales team to develop effective strategies for generating leads and closing deals.
- Develop and maintain a deep understanding of the company's services and their competitive advantages.
**Requirements**:
- Excellent communication skills in English; knowledge of other languages (e.g., Arabic) is an advantage.
- UAE driving license is an advantage.
- Strong persuasion and negotiation skills.
- Goal-oriented and self-motivated with the ability to work independently and as part of a team.
- 1 year of Telesales Experience
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month Plus commission
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driving license (preferred)
**Experience**:
- telemarketer: 1 year (preferred)
