**Responsibilities**
- Greeting patients, displaying a friendly and helpful manner.
- ensuring that all reception/administration duties are performed to the requirements of the job description and all patients needs are attended to promptly and courteously.
- ensuring an efficient running of the reception area
- ensuring that clients are dealt with promptly either face to face or on the telephone. All clients must be treated in a professional manner.
- Ensuring that all administration relating to patients is entered correctly and promptly.
- Utilize our medical office software to schedule new and follow-up appointments for our patients

**Qualifications**:







- Minimum of one year of medical aesthetic experience **(mandatory)**
- Working knowledge of relevant computer programs
- Excellent communication and presentation skills
- Skilled in negotiation and dealing with complaints
- has a basic knowledge to accounting including cash handling, administrative works and clerical procedures.
- Maintain a high level of personal hygiene and a smart appearance when on duty.

**Experience**:

- Healthcare or clinic or Hospital: 1years **(required)**
- aesthetics, cosmetics, dermatology: 1 year **(required)**

**Language**

**Arabic & English is must**
