**Key Responsibilities**:
1. **Accounts Payable Management**: Handle the entire accounts payable process, including invoicing, posting transactions, and reconciling payments.
2. **Invoice Receipt**: Receive all invoices from AMC service Provider, Utility Bills & other vendor in a timely manner. A special focus is required on Utility Bills Management considering their due dates.
3. **Payment Processing**: Prepare payment in accordance with DGM Investment policy & process, vendor contracts/agreements.
4. **Balance Confirmation**: Follow up on invoices & Statement of Accounts for all suppliers & confirming balances monthly. Resolve discrepancies, if any after monthly/periodic reconciliation.
5. **Record keeping**:
Maintain accurate records of accounts payable transactions and update financial trackers to attain control over supplier invoices.
6. **Collaboration**: Work closely with other departments, such as FM & Security, PM to identify, inform and resolve recharge billing and payment issues. Inform Finance about recharges to LL or tenant whilst invoice submission based on the contractual obligations.
7. **Recharges**: Reconcile and ensure zero balance after recharging respective entities including but not limited to landlords, inter-company, service providers, tenants, etc
8. **Month end Closing**: Prepare reconciliations & assist in month end closing.
