**Job description**
Titanium Building Materials is one of the leading companies in UAE, serving clients locally and exporting to more than 20 countries worldwide. We deal with a full range of building materials and provide wholesale and export prices to our huge customer base and partners.
**Responsibilities**
- Demonstrating and presenting products.
- Set up meetings with potential clients and close deals by placing an order.
- Follow up on client payments.
- Provide regular updates and report to management
**Qualifications**dealing
- Minimum 3 years of UAE experience in Building Materials.
- Strong communication and negotiation skills
- Must have a **strong database of own customers** from the same industry.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office. CRM and sales software programs.
- Experience in dealing with construction and contracting companies.
- Strong analytical and problem-solving skills.
- Bachelor's degree in business, engineering, or a related field (preferred).
- **With valid UAE Driving License. Mandatory.**:
- **Ready to join immediately, Mandatory.**:
- Fluency in both spoken and written English.
**Experience**:
- Out Door Sales: 5 years (required)
- Building Materials Industry: 3 years (required)
License/Certification:
- UAE Driver License (required)
