**As Chef de Partie, we rely on you to**:
Supervise and control the work of the kitchen personnel in All Day Dining
Assist with overseeing the daily operation
Maintain high standards of food preparation and service along with the existing standards
Maintain a close and positive relationship with the team
Practice the hygiene and sanitation procedures set by the hotel
**We are looking for someone who has**:
High school diploma or vocational in Food Production is preferred
Enjoys interacting with people
Enjoys being challenged
Committed to serving food of the highest quality
Preferably has experience working in either a luxury restaurant or a 5* hotel
Passionate, creative, attentive to details
Good knowledge of food service techniques and menu contents
Communicates and writes with fluency in English (and local language)
Willing to work shifts
