We’re looking for BDE fashion to work in a fast-paced, dynamic start-up environment. We’re searchin g for problem solvers, people who operate with a bias for action and have a deep understanding of the importance of resourcefulness over reliance.

**What you’ll do**:
- Manage MP strategic sellers to build their business on Cartlow from acquiring selection, content creation, Inventory management to orders fulfillment
- Develop good deals with marketplaces to achieve the maximum revenue for the company through negotiating all sales-driving initiatives
- Generate periodically reports regarding marketplaces sales.
- Create and execute a business strategy that aggressively grows sales, meeting, or exceeding financial objectives for our Company.
- Deliver brand share and drive sales objectives through promotional planning
- Works with demand planning to develop accurate sales forecasts and achieve specified levels of forecast accuracy on the marketplaces and redemption programs
- Organizational goals and implications are factored into ecommerce sales strategies.
- Communication and execution of a strategic sales plan for each account.
- Analysis of sales data to identify and understand market trends and purchasing behaviors.
- Set and track sales account targets, aligned with company objectives
- Achieve targeted growth of both the quantity and quality of selection, seller performance and sales
- Understand the e-commerce industry and competitive environment including knowledge of competitive product offering
- Engage with sellers to understand their needs and fit with the Cartlow product set.
- Assist internal partner to drive change, remove roadblocks and accomplish daily
- Work closely with internal stakeholders and cross-functional teams (Content, Marketing,
- Order management and Warehouse) to facilitate seller/account’s growth
- Monitor sales metrics (e.g. quarterly sales results and annual forecasts)
- Suggest actions to improve sales performance and identify opportunities for growth job requirements
**What you’ll need**:
- A Bachelor's degree or above _ UAE experience will be and advantage
- 2-4 years successful track records of Account Management or user/product operation experience in e-commerce/retail industry,
- Proven track record in taking end-to-end ownership and driving results.
- Strong verbal and written communications skills, as well as the ability to work effectively across internal and external organizations.
- Proficiency in Excel and/or other data analysis tools - Strong analytical & problem
- solving skills.
- Demonstrated ability to manage multiple projects.
- Work prioritization, planning and task delegation.
**Salary**: AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
**Education**:
- Bachelor's (preferred)
**Experience**:
- Business Development: 4 years (preferred)
