We are hiring a " **Interior Fit Out Sales Manager**

We are seeking an experienced **Interior Fit Out Sales Manager who can join immediately **in our Dubai office.

We are well-established interior fit out company specializing in commercial, residential and mixed use projects.

We are recruiting a UAE experienced project business development manager with strong client relationship management capabilities to join their Dubai team.

The primary responsibility of the role is client acquisition and relationship management to close the deal and increase annual revenue.

- Liaise with potential clients to gather their requirements, negotiate commercial terms and pricing,





close the deal and present concepts and mood boards.
- 7 - 10 years’ similar experience and currently working in business development / sales and client account and relationship management in the UAE in turnkey interior fit out design and build.
- Strong technical awareness of commercial and interior products, fit out and joinery works.
- Strong background in cold calling, industry networking and referral marketing and worked in a high revenue client acquisition role in the UAE.
- Outgoing personality with excellent interpersonal, presentation and communication skills - this is a client-facing role

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
