**About MASA**:
We are looking for the **Graphic Designer with UI / UX experience** for our company. MASA is one of the largest home electronics and home appliances manufacturers and distributors in the Middle East region, with offices for production and distribution operations, spread across the Middle East, Africa, Asia, and Europe. MASA is one of the top importers of LED Televisions and Air conditioners.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement creative graphics
- Provide concepts and designs that respond to the briefed objectives with a strong understanding of user experience, interaction design and creative collaboration
- Design graphic user interface elements, like menus, tabs and widgets
- Develop UI mockups and prototypes that clearly illustrate how sites function and look like
- Create original graphic designs (e.g. images, sketches and tables)
- Identify and troubleshoot UX problems (e.g. responsiveness)
- Adhere to style standards on fonts, colors and images & follow industry best practices
- Execute all visual design stages from concept to final hand-off to engineering
**Requirements**:
- Creative
- Proven work experience as a UI/UX Designer or similar role
- Portfolio of design projects
- Knowledge of wireframe tools (e.g., Adobe XD, Figma or Sketch) is a must
- Has proven working knowledge of and highly skilled in Adobe Creative Suite (notably Photoshop, Illustrator)
- Nice-to-haves working knowledge of 2D animation using Adobe Animate, After Effects, etc.
- Team spirit: strong communication skills to collaborate with various stakeholders
- Good time-management skills
- Strong analytical skills
- Excellent eye for detail
**Salary**:
AED6,000.00 - AED8,000.00 per month
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
**Experience**:
- graphic designer: 5 years (preferred)
