We are seeking a dynamic and results-oriented Sales Executive to join our real estate company. As a Sales Executive, you will be responsible for driving property sales, generating leads, and building strong relationships with clients. Your primary focus will be on achieving sales targets, expanding the customer base, and contributing to the overall growth of the company.

**Responsibilities**:
Generate leads: Proactively identify and generate new leads through various channels, including referrals, networking, online platforms, and marketing campaigns. Utilize your network and industry knowledge to identify potential buyers and investors.

Client engagement: Engage with potential buyers, understand their requirements,





and provide them with suitable property options that match their needs and preferences. Conduct thorough needs analysis to ensure a personalized approach.

Property presentations: Conduct property showings and presentations to prospective buyers, highlighting the unique features and benefits of the properties. Demonstrate strong knowledge of property details, market conditions, and investment potential.

Negotiation and closing: Negotiate offers, terms, and conditions on behalf of clients, aiming for mutually beneficial agreements. Guide clients through the negotiation process and facilitate the closing process, ensuring all necessary paperwork is completed accurately and efficiently.

Market analysis: Stay updated on the local real estate market trends, property values, and competitive landscape to provide clients with relevant and accurate information. Conduct market research and analysis to identify emerging opportunities and understand buyer preferences.

Relationship building:





Establish and maintain strong relationships with clients, real estate agents, and industry professionals to expand the referral network and foster repeat business. Attend industry events, networking functions, and maintain an active presence within the real estate community.

Sales reporting: Maintain accurate records of sales activities, client interactions, and sales progress. Provide regular reports to management on sales performance, market trends, and competitor activities.

**Requirements**:

- Proven track record in sales, preferably within the real estate industry.
- Fluent in Arabic or French, or Hindi is a must.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills to effectively engage with clients and build relationships.






- Excellent negotiation and closing abilities to secure favorable deals for clients.
- In-depth knowledge of the local real estate market, including property values, market trends, and legal requirements.
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a focus on achieving and exceeding sales goals.
- Proficient in using CRM software, online listing platforms, and other sales tools.
- Valid real estate license or willingness to obtain one.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:

- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
