**Responsibilities**:
- Take patient's temperate, pulse, and respiration rate.
- Plan and provide medical and nursing care to patients.
- Update and keep patient records and filing well maintained and confidential
- Coordinate with the schedules and assist doctors/nurses.
- Provide correct dosage of medicine or follow correct treatment plans.
Qualifications and Requirements:
- Bachelor's Degree in Nursing
- Good communication and presentation skills
