Your Tasks and Responsibilities: - Provide administrative support to the team, including scheduling meetings, managing calendars, and coordinating travel arrangements - Assist in the preparation of presentations, reports, and other materials as needed - Manage the team's documents and communications, including maintaining files, drafting correspondence, and ensuring that information is kept up to date - Act as the point of contact for internal and external stakeholders,
handling inquiries and directing them to the appropriate team member - Coordinate team events and activities, such as team-building events and off-sites - Manage the team's expenses and budget, including processing invoices and expense reports - Provide general office management support, including ordering supplies, managing the team's office equipment, and ensuring that the office is well-maintained - Other duties and responsibilities as assigned by the team leader or manager Your Qualifications and Experience - Recent graduate with bachelor's in finance or related - Being enrolled in local UAE universities is a must - Excellent written and verbal communication skills - Proficient in Microsoft Office/ excel Suite - Strong time management skills and ability to prioritize tasks - Proven ability to work well in. a team environment - Positive attitude and willingness to take on new tasks and responsibilities GDPR We care about your data privacy and take compliance with GDPR as well as other data protection legislation seriously.
