**Job Title**: Food Operations Manager
**Location**: Alserkal Avenue
**About the Role**:
We are seeking an experienced and motivated Food Operations Manager to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for overseeing all aspects of food operations, from sourcing ingredients to delivering high-quality products to our customers. You will work closely with cross-functional teams, including kitchen staff, suppliers, and customer service, to ensure that we are meeting and exceeding customer expectations.
**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and implement operational processes and procedures to ensure efficiency and consistent high-quality products
- Oversee the procurement of ingredients and supplies,
ensuring that they meet quality and cost requirements
- Manage kitchen staff, including hiring, training, and performance evaluations
- Organize spot checks and asses the team according to their performance
- Develop and maintain relationships with suppliers and negotiate contracts
- Develop and maintain Food menu items for the brand
- Collaborate with marketing and sales teams to develop and execute promotional campaigns
- Monitor and analyze key performance indicators, making recommendations for improvements as needed
- Settle accountancy with the accountants
- Ensure compliance with all food safety and regulatory requirements
- Managing and Participating in new Food Events through out the season
- Willing to spend long hours working on all the tasks
**Requirements**:
- Bachelor's degree in food science, hospitality management, or related field
- 5+ years of experience in food operations management
- Strong leadership and team management skills
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
- Experience with food safety and regulatory compliance
- Knowledge of food production and procurement processes
- Ability to analyze data and make data-driven decisions
