Research and identify new business opportunities - including new markets, growth areas, partnerships, products, and services.
- Think strategically - seeing the bigger picture and setting objectives in order to develop and improve the business.
- Work strategically - carrying out necessary planning in order to implement the company targets.
- Have a good understanding of the businesses such as management, HR, IT, and Purchasing services and be able to advise others about them.
- Discuss the promotional strategy and activities with the marketing department.
- Attend seminars, conferences, and events where appropriate.
- Engage with the product manager to establish strategies for pursuing those new opportunities.
- Arrange business meetings with prospective clients to carry out sales forecasts.
- Identify client needs and suggest appropriate products/services to increase the sales channels.
- Create and improve proposals for our existing and new clients.
- Report sales results to management on a regular basis.
**Job Requirments**:
- Bachelor’s degree in business, marketing, or a related field.
- 5 years experience in Business Development at least, with a minimum of 2 years in sales, marketing, and PR.
- Consulting or service providing, or related industry experience is a plus.
- Ability to manage complex projects and multi-task.
- Research skills and analytical thinking.
- Strong negotiation and decision-making skills.
- Excellent listening and presentation abilities with excellent writing skills.
- Strong Communication Skills with an energetic personality.
- Ability to interact with different cultures.
