Are you passionate about maintaining high standards and ensuring top-notch quality in the poultry industry? We are seeking a dedicated and detail-oriented individual to join our team as a Quality Controller for our poultry farm.

**Responsibilities**:

- **Quality Assurance**: Implement and oversee quality control procedures to ensure the production of safe and high-quality poultry products.
- **Inspection**: Conduct regular inspections of poultry products, facilities, equipment, and processes to ensure compliance with quality standards and regulations.
- **Documentation**: Maintain accurate records of quality control activities, including inspection reports, test results, and corrective actions taken.
- **Training**:





Train farm staff on quality control procedures, hygiene practices, and food safety regulations to promote a culture of quality throughout the farm.
- **Problem Solving**: Identify and address any issues related to product quality, safety, or compliance in a timely and effective manner.
- **Continuous Improvement**: Work collaboratively with farm management to identify areas for improvement in quality control processes and implement appropriate solutions.

**Requirements**:

- **Experience**: Previous experience in quality control or a related field, preferably within the poultry industry.
- **Knowledge**: Familiarity with quality assurance principles, food safety regulations, and industry best practices.
- **Attention to Detail**: Exceptional attention to detail and a commitment to maintaining high standards of quality and safety.
- **Communication Skills**: Strong communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to effectively communicate with farm staff and management.






- **Problem-Solving Skills**: Ability to identify issues, analyze root causes, and implement effective solutions in a fast-paced environment.
- **Flexibility**: Willingness to work flexible hours and adapt to changing priorities as needed.
- **Education**: A degree or certification in a relevant field, such as food science, agriculture, or quality management, is preferred but not required.

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
