**Job Title**:Production Executive

**Reporting To**: Production Manager

**Location**:Dubai

**Job Purpose**:
To assist the Production Management Team by carrying out specified administrative duties in order for the Production Managers to carry out their duties and responsibilities in the best way possible.
- Entering data from the Sales order to generate Work order for production purposes.
- Entering data from the Work order to close and submit to production manager for completion of the work order.
- Preparing and processing Raw materials requisitions for production requirements.
- Preparing packing lists as required for deliveries with special packing requirements.






- Input production data in computer system daily to monitor productivity.
- Coordinating with spare parts suppliers and liaising with the Production management and maintenance to obtain the best suitable spares.
- Preparing of Purchase orders for spare parts under advice of production management.
- Ordering packing materials for packing of finished goods.
- Support daily production operations.
- Compile data file in the daily operations.
- Update computer record file.
- Filing production department related documents and maintaining the filling system.
- Understand & update with all new product requirements for new designs of key customers from the stage of artwork development to print proof trials.
- Perform other daily routine tasks.

**Skills, Knowledge, Experience Required**:

- Graduate in any discipline.






- Knowledge of basic printing technologies and processes.
- Working ability on computer skills (word, excel, power point etc) are a must.
- Must be detailed oriented, capable of working under tight deadlines, with the ability to multi-task and be very much a team player.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills are required.

**Functional Competencies Required**:

- Should be able to effectively coordinate and communicate within the company.
- Should possess knowledge of printing technologies and the labeling industry.

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Education**:

- Bachelor's (required)

**Experience**:

- Printing Industry: 3 years (required)
- Production Executive: 2 years (required)
- Computer Skills (word, excel, power point etc.): 2 years (required)
