Job Purpose: Manage the relationships with airline partners for dnata Travel in UAE and regions as a central shared service. Build short and long term strategic objectives with the airline portfolio that meet the supply and commercial requirements of the internal lines of business. Work closely with internal customers to leverage airline relationships to ensure achievement of the target revenue contribution across categories including but not limited to override, marketing income and margin. Provide regular and insightful feedback to the business on relevant market dynamics including agency competitor activity and market share.
Qualifications & Experience: Customer Service-Relationship Management :
8+ Years Degree or Honours (12+3 or equivalent) : 8+ years at an equivalent level working within an airline sales/commercial area or managing airline relationships in a trade organisation. Familiarity with Leisure and Corporate Gulf travel business environment is desirable to understand customer needs and supplier capabilities. Experience and knowledge of IATA regulations, airline policies and procedures, airline supply & distribution are essential. Knowledge/Skills: Strong commercial acumen and a proven track record in managing complex commercial negotiations are essential. Advanced skills on MS Excel and PowerPoint required. Excellent presentation skills required.
