**Job Overview**:
**Responsibilities**:
1. **Office Management**:
- Maintain a well-organized and tidy office environment.
- Manage office supplies and place orders as needed.
- Coordinate office events and meetings, including scheduling and logistics.
2. **Communication**:
- Serve as a primary point of contact for internal and external communications.
- Assist in drafting and proofreading documents.
3. **Scheduling**:
- Schedule and coordinate appointments, meetings, and conference calls.
- Manage calendars and prioritize appointments to optimize efficiency.
4. **Data Entry and Record Keeping**:
- Maintain accurate and up-to-date records, databases, and filing systems.
- Enter data into various software platforms and ensure data integrity.
5. **Travel Arrangements**:
- Assist in making travel arrangements for staff, including booking flights, hotels, and transportation.
6. **Administrative Support**:
- Provide general administrative support to various departments.
- Assist in preparing reports, presentations, and other documents as needed.
7. **Problem Solving**:
- Address and resolve administrative issues in a timely and effective manner.
- Anticipate potential problems and proactively implement solutions.
**Qualifications**:
- High school diploma or equivalent; additional education or certification in office administration is a plus.
- Proven experience as an administrative assistant or in a similar role.
- Proficient in Microsoft Office Suite (Word, Excel, Outlook).
- Strong organizational and time-management skills.
- Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
- Ability to handle confidential information with discretion.
- Proactive and self-motivated with a positive attitude.
**Salary**: From AED8,000.00 per month
