**Responsibilities**:
- Assist clients in buying, selling, and renting properties
- Conduct property viewings and provide expert guidance to clients
- Stay updated with market trends, property values, and legal regulations
- Generate leads through various channels and maintain a strong network
- Negotiate and finalize sales contracts and agreements
- Provide exceptional customer service and build long-term client relationships
- Collaborate with other team members to achieve sales targets
- Continuously expand your knowledge and skills in the real estate industry
**Requirements**:
- Proven experience as a real estate agent or similar role (preferred)
- Strong interpersonal and communication skills
- Excellent negotiation and problem-solving abilities
- Self-motivated and target-driven with a strong work ethic
- Familiarity with local real estate market and neighborhoods
- Proficient in using real estate CRM software and online listing platforms
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team
