**KEY RESPONSIBILITIES**:

- Build a Plan to achieve annual revenue and Margin targets.
- Develop monetizable properties in the activations space and drive implementation based on market opportunities.
- The Event Sales Specialist will be responsible for day-to-day tasks related to event management.






- Effectively communicate with clients, and internal teams to coordinate and share event details, and ensure everyone is aligned with the event objectives.
- Lead the end-to-end planning and execution of events, ensuring seamless coordination of logistics, timelines, and resources.
- Develop and implement effective sales strategies to drive event-related revenue growth, leveraging your expertise to identify and capitalise on market opportunities.
- Provide guidance and support to team members involved in event-related task
- Understanding of Brand Marketing, Consumer Marketing & Experiential marketing.
- Be proficient with Microsoft Office.

**Qualifications**:

- Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Business Administration or a related field.
- At least 2 years of experience in Event Sales and Marketing.
- Customer Service and Sales skills.
- Event Planning and Management skills.
- Strong communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment.
