The Telesales Executive is responsible for generating sales through outbound calling. They contact potential customers, present products or services, and close deals over the phone.
**Responsibilities**:
- Make outbound calls to potential customers and promote products or services.
- Identify customer needs and provide relevant product information.
- Handle customer objections and close sales over the phone.
- Maintain accurate records of customer interactions and sales activities.
- Follow up on leads and convert prospects into customers.
- Collaborate with sales teams to achieve sales targets.
- Provide exceptional customer service and resolve customer inquiries.
- Stay updated on product knowledge and industry trends.
**Requirements**:
- High school diploma or equivalent.
- Proven experience in tele sales or a similar role.
- Excellent communication and persuasion skills.
- Ability to meet sales targets and work in a fast-paced environment.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills.
**Benefits**:
Salary Package: 2,000 - 2,500 AED + Company Visa + Ticket + Health Insurance
**Salary**: AED3,000.00 - AED4,000.00 per month
**Experience**:
- telemarketer: 2 years (preferred)
