**Responsibilities**:
- Provide excellent customer service
- Greet the customer with a warm smile and friendly manner.
- Serve the customers in accordance to the Company’s standard operating procedures.
- Present menu and provide detailed information to customers if required (e.g. food portions, ingredients or potential food allergies).
- Handle customer complaints and ensuring customers satisfaction.
- Comply with the company’s health and safety policies and procedures.
**Qualifications**:
- Good communication and customer service skills.
- Strong attention to detail and accuracy.
- Pro-active and energetic with a positive 'can do' attitude
- Ability to multi-task with prioritization skills
**Experience**:
- At least with 2 years’ experience in the Hospitality field
**Education**:
- Preferably High school diploma or equivalent
**Salary**: From AED4,010.00 per month
