**Job Title/ Designation: Compliance & Accounts Officer**

**2.** **Primary Roles and Responsibilities for AML Compliance**:

- Maintain the firm’s Anti-Money laundering and counter-terrorist financing policy in line with evolving statutory and regulatory obligations.
- Arrange training sessions to all the Employees of the Company and assess whether the Employees understand AML-CFT Regulations and their responsibilities under the AML-CFT Regulations, Guidelines and Policies.
- Reviewing all the Know Your Customer Due Diligence forms and assessing the risk rating.






- The MLRO shall report on a regular basis to the Senior Management and relevant authorities on any Compliance with applicable AML-CFT Regulations.
- MLRO must ensure its customers know and execute Customer Due Diligence ("CDD").
- Collaborate with the Supervisory Authority and FIU, provide them with all requested data, and allow their authorized Employees to view the necessary records and documents that will allow them to perform their duties.

**3.** **Primary Roles and Responsibilities for Accounting**:

- Basic accounting exposure
- Understanding of AR / AP / MIS reporting etc

**4.** **Qualifications and Education**:

- A Master/Bachelor degree in a relevant field such as finance or accounting.
- Basic accounting exposure.
- AML-CFT Compliance exposure.
- Relevant certifications such as CAMS (Certified Anti-Money Laundering Specialist) or CFE (Certified Fraud Examiner) will be an added advantage (not mandatory).
- Excel proficiency is very important

**Salary**: AED5,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
