Royal Smart Limousine is looking for a Sales Administrator in the transportation industry who will be responsible for providing administrative support to the sales team and ensuring the smooth operation of sales activities. Your role will involve assisting with sales coordination, managing documentation, maintaining customer records, and ensuring excellent customer service. This position requires strong organizational skills, attention to detail, and the ability to work in a fast-paced environment.

Key Responsibilities:

- Sales Coordination: Assist the sales team in coordinating sales activities, including preparing sales documents, quotations, proposals, and contracts. Ensure timely and accurate communication between the sales team,





customers, and other internal departments.
- Customer Relationship Management: Maintain customer databases and update customer information, including contact details, sales history, and interactions. Respond to customer inquiries, resolve issues, and provide exceptional customer service throughout the sales process.
- Reporting and Analysis: Generate sales reports, track sales activities, and analyze sales data to identify trends, opportunities, and areas for improvement. Prepare regular sales reports for management, highlighting key performance indicators (KPIs) and sales targets.
- Sales Support: Provide administrative support to the sales team, including scheduling appointments, organizing meetings, and managing travel arrangements. Prepare sales presentations, marketing materials, and sales support documentation as required.
- Documentation Management: Maintain accurate records of sales-related documents, contracts, and agreements.





Ensure compliance with company policies and procedures, legal requirements, and industry regulations.
- Collaboration: Collaborate with other departments, such as marketing, finance, and operations, to ensure seamless coordination and support for sales activities. Foster effective communication and teamwork across different functions within the organization.

**Requirements**:

- Bachelor's degree in business administration, marketing, or a related field is preferred.
- Proven experience as a sales administrator or in a similar administrative role, preferably in the transportation or logistics industry.
- Strong organizational skills and attention to detail.
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills.
- Ability to multitask, prioritize,





and meet deadlines in a fast-paced environment.
- Knowledge of transportation industry practices and regulations in the UAE is desirable.
- Fluency in English is required; knowledge of Arabic or other languages is a plus.

**Salary**: AED3,500.00 - AED6,000.00 per month
