ICC Properties Dubai is seeking an enthusiastic and creative Social Media Marketing Executive to join our team. In this role, you will be responsible for maintaining a dynamic and engaging online presence across various social media platforms, including Instagram, Facebook, and YouTube. Your creative ideas, content generation skills, and ability to craft compelling narratives about the real estate market, the city, and our company will be essential to the success of this role. As a Social Media Marketing Executive, you'll also play a pivotal role in creating visual content through photos and videos, either by capturing them yourself or sourcing contractors within an allocated budget.







**Duties and Responsibilities of a Social Media Marketing Executive**:

- **1. Content Creation and Curation**:_
- Develop innovative and appealing content ideas for social media platforms;
- Create engaging videos, photos, stories, and other multimedia content;
- Ensure a consistent and vibrant online presence that resonates with our target audience;
- **2. Copywriting**:_
- Craft compelling and informative copy about the real estate market, the city of Dubai, and our company's offerings;
- Maintain a consistent brand voice across all written content;
- **3. Visual Content Production**:_
- Capture high-quality photos and videos to showcase properties, neighborhoods, and company events;
- Collaborate with external contractors to produce visual content when necessary, staying within determined budget limits;
- **4. Social Media Management**:_
- Monitor and manage social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook, YouTube) on a daily basis;
- Respond to comments, messages, and inquiries promptly and professionally;






- Implement strategies to increase followers, engagement, and visibility;
- **5. Campaign Planning**:_
- Develop and execute social media campaigns that align with company goals and marketing strategies;
- Track campaign performance and make data-driven adjustments as needed;
**Required Skills and Qualifications**:

- 2+ years of experience in social media marketing, preferably in the real estate industry;
- Proven ability to create engaging and visually appealing content;
- Strong copywriting skills with a keen eye for detail;
- Proficiency in using social media management tools and platforms;
- Creative mindset and ability to generate innovative content ideas;
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills;
- Excellent communication and interpersonal skills;
