**Responsibilities**:
- Develop and execute social media advertising strategies across multiple platforms, such as Meta, Snapchat, Tiktok, and LinkedIn.
- Identify target audiences and create audience segments for effective ad targeting.
- Conduct thorough research and analysis to optimize campaigns and achieve desired results.
- Manage advertising budgets and allocate resources effectively to maximize ROI.
- Monitor campaign performance, generate insightful reports, and make data-driven recommendations for improvement.
- Collaborate with the creative team to develop engaging ad creatives and landing pages.
- Stay updated with industry trends, emerging platforms, and best practices in social media advertising.
- Test and experiment with different ad formats, placements, and targeting strategies to drive continuous improvement.
- Coordinate with clients and internal stakeholders to understand campaign objectives and deliver successful outcomes.
**Requirements and Skills**:
- Proven experience as a Social Media Buyer or in a similar role.
- In-depth knowledge of social media platforms and advertising tools, including Facebook Ads Manager, Twitter Ads, LinkedIn Campaign Manager, etc.
- Strong analytical skills and the ability to interpret campaign data to optimize performance.
- Understanding of audience segmentation, targeting, and remarketing strategies.
- Familiarity with A/B testing methodologies and conversion tracking.
- Proficiency in budget management and optimization techniques.
- Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
- Ability to work in a fast-paced environment and meet campaign deadlines.
- Detail-oriented with strong organizational and multitasking abilities.
Ability to commute/relocate:
- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)
