Job Summary:
**Job Description**:

- Study of the architecture plan and understanding its function.
- Study of electrical/IT rooms dimensions in compliance with authority requirements.
- Preparation of a markups of required spaces for electrical and IT installations.
- Arrangement of architectural drawings for each service.
- Preparation of the concept design layout for each service.
- Preparation of the detailed design layout for each service along with the required calculations.
- Preparation of the Tender Design Drawings for final submission
- Qualifications_
- Technical / college / associate’s degree or diploma.
- 5 years’ experience in the similar position at a consultancy company.






- Skilled to understand architectural drawings.
- Skilled in engineering software (AutoCAD).
- Background in Revit for MEP systems is a plus.
