**Responsibilities**:
- Identify and prioritize target markets and industries within the IT sector for business development opportunities.
- Research and analyze market trends, competitor activities, and customer needs to identify new business opportunities.
- Develop and maintain relationships with key decision-makers, influencers, and stakeholders within target organizations.
- Collaborate with the technical team to understand and communicate our solutions and services effectively to potential clients.
- Develop and implement strategic sales plans to achieve sales targets and revenue goals.
- Prepare and deliver presentations, proposals, and demonstrations to potential clients,
showcasing the value proposition of our products and services.
- Negotiate contracts and agreements with clients, ensuring terms are favorable and in line with company objectives.
- Manage the entire sales cycle from lead generation to closing deals, including pipeline management and forecasting.
- Stay up-to-date with industry trends, emerging technologies, and competitive intelligence to maintain a competitive edge.
- Provide regular updates and reports to management on sales performance, market insights, and customer feedback.
**Qualifications**:
- Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, Business Administration, or a related field. MBA preferred.
- Proven track record of success in business development, sales, or account management roles within the IT sector.
- Strong understanding of IT products, services, and solutions, with the ability to articulate technical concepts to non-technical audiences.
- Excellent communication and presentation skills,
with the ability to build rapport and influence decision-makers.
- Strategic thinker with the ability to identify market opportunities and develop effective sales strategies.
- Results-oriented with a focus on achieving sales targets and driving revenue growth.
- Strong negotiation and closing skills, with the ability to navigate complex sales processes.
- Highly organized with excellent time management skills and the ability to prioritize tasks effectively.
- Ability to work independently and as part of a team in a fast-paced, dynamic environment.
- Proficiency in Microsoft Office Suite and CRM software (e.g., Salesforce).
