**Key Responsibilities**:

- Develop and execute visually compelling designs across various platforms including our website, social media, and marketing materials.
- Manage and enhance our social media presence, ensuring consistent and engaging content that resonates with our audience.
- Design and maintain an intuitive, visually appealing, and user-friendly website.






- Collaborate with our interior design teams to create visual concepts that accurately represent our design philosophy.
- Produce high-quality graphics and visual elements that align with our brand identity.
- Stay abreast of the latest trends in graphic design, social media, and web development to ensure our brand remains ahead of the curve.
- Work closely with the marketing team to design and implement effective digital campaigns.
- Social Media Strategy: Develop and implement a comprehensive social media strategy that aligns with brand image and marketing goals. Create engaging content for various platforms, focusing on TikTok and Instagram.
- Content Creation: Produce visually appealing content, including photos, videos, and graphics, this will involve collaborating with photographers, models, and creative teams to create captivating content which can then be curated and published on relevant channels.
- Community Engagement: Build and nurture an active and engaged online community by responding to comments, messages,





and mentions promptly while discovering potential forums and spaces we can be involved in, and foster meaningful connections with KOI’s followers and customers.
- Influencer Partnerships: Assist in identifying and collaborating with relevant people in the industry to amplify the brand's reach. Support the development and maintenance of relationships with influencers to create authentic and impactful campaigns.
- Analytics and Reporting: Support the tracking and analysis of key performance indicators (KPIs) related to social media and marketing efforts. Assist in preparing regular reports with insights and recommendations to guide decision-making.
- Trend Analysis: Stay up-to-date with industry trends, social media algorithms, and emerging technologies which will be discussed and actioned in meetings.

**Requirements**:







- Bachelor’s degree in Graphic Design, Digital Media, Web Design, or a related field.
- Proven experience in graphic design, social media management, and web design, supported by a strong portfolio.
- Expertise in design software like Adobe Creative Suite (Photoshop, Illustrator, InDesign, Acrobat) and web development tools.
- Exceptional skills in visual storytelling, typography, layout, and color theory.
- Solid understanding of social media platforms and web analytics.
- Excellent communication skills, both verbal and written, and the ability to work collaboratively in a team environment.
- Organizational skills with the ability to manage multiple projects in a fast-paced setting.
- A passion for interior design and a keen eye for aesthetic details.
