We are currently looking for a passionate and dynamic Kitchen professional who pride themselves on their ability to deliver extraordinary levels of service and provide creative solutions. The key duties & responsibilities of this position includes;
1. Supervise the function of all the kitchen employees, facilities and contributes to maximizing the overall Food & Beverage Departmental profit.
2. Responsible for the production, preparation and presentation of all food items to ensure highest quality at all times as per standard recipes & menus as approved by management.
3. Monitor holding and storage operations, stocking and food rotation, and guarantee food service sanitation standards are met.

Establish and maintain an effective employee relations and interdepartmental working relationship.
5. Develop formal training plans and conducts on the job training sessions for kitchen employees.
6. Assist in preparation of the menus and participates in the pricing policy in consultation with the Executive Chef, Restaurant Manager and Cost Controller
7. Work with the Cost Controller/Store Keeper in determining the minimum and maximum food par stocks. Ensure the completion of the market list in accordance with quality and quantity standards. Inspects all perishable food items received for quality.
8. Keep an up-to-date standard recipe file for all food items for reference.
9. Inspect all kitchen area on regular basis to ensure facilities and equipment are in good repair, well maintained replaced, and practicing the preventive maintenance system as required.
10. Implement the HACCP standards; attends meetings and conducts training to the Bakery team.
11.
Conduct regular briefings with the staff for daily and special events operations.
12. Adhere to safety and security and fire training standards and procedures.
