Call Center Executive (Male - Arabic Speaker)

The person must have 2 years experience in call center attending calls of customers in UAE
- Receiving the customers and take the products from them for servicing in the service center.
- Doing necessary documentation in collection of products for servicing from customers.
- Coordination with technicians and customers for the products serviced in the service center.
- Sending the products after repair to concerned persons / locations
- Attending to the customers enquiries.
- Doing necessary documentation entries in the ERP system.
- This position will be in the service center in Dubai Investment Park

**Job Types**: Full-time, Permanent

**Salary**: AED4,000.00 - AED5,000.00 per month

Ability to commute/relocate:







- Dubai: Reliably commute or planning to relocate before starting work (required)

**Experience**:
